The Power of the Feminine Energy
Regardless of whether we are male or female, we all have both divine energies within us.
Everyone has feminine and masculine qualities that define who we are.
Your masculine side gets expressed when you're working toward a goal, making progress, working with technology, getting things done and pushing forward.
Your feminine side gets expressed with renewal, creation, birth, healing, receptivity, openness, motherhood, nurturing, love, understanding, compassion, insight, intuition, wisdom, forgiveness and sensuality.
While the masculine is defined by logic, the feminine is expressed through emotions.
To allow the divine feminine within ourselves to surface, we need to search for these aspects within ourselves. You may be fully in touch with your own sensuality but not in touch with motherhood.
Meet with other women. It is important to keep in mind that the "not allowed for men" attitude that some women have towards these meetings is not healthy because exclusion is the opposite of divine feminine energy. The separation of the sexes is part of what fuels the fire and misunderstandings between us. If men want to participate in these gatherings, consider yourself in good company.
It may be difficult for some women to express their divine feminine nature with a man in the room, but it is simply a byproduct of women being taught to suppress their femininity, of embarrassment and shame. Besides, we are always complaining that men do not understand us, so help them out and open up to them and maybe they will understand us.
Get in touch with your intuition, listen to your emotions. A woman who is run by logic is a woman that is profoundly out of touch with the divine feminine within her.
Womanhood is a receptive state of being and it is a state of profound openness and what comes with that openness is receptivity to that which is beyond the physical dimension.
The balance between the masculine and feminine side is very important. If a person has too much strength, can really do a lot of harm to other people, and if the person has too much goodness, then can do harm to his or herself, because tends to "give it all away".
Regardless of gender, each of us contains masculine and feminine energy.
Logic, planning, discipline, control and structure fall under the masculine. It supports the growth of financial stability, family shelter and organization.
The feminine part of ourselves is perhaps more subtle in a society that is highly ego driven. It is governed by intuition, receptivity, dreams, and emotions. This is a necessary counterbalance to the masculine.
Not centered feminine energy may feel like being out of control, ungrounded, irritable, and lonely.
